SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping Kimtique Eyewear. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You can select your preferred shipping time at checkout. Please carefully consider processing time when selecting desired arrival of shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. After the order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see remaining shipping time.

Kimtique Eyewear is not responsible for packages once received by courier. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone. Please email info@kimtique.com with any questions and include your order number in the reference.
